Words that describe RPS: Honest, knowledgeable, and human! I say this because I have not always been the best customer (I've got dogs, a crappy fence, and am quite lazy ) ...but Rick and his team never complain, they're friendly, but also no-nonsense. My pool is always chemically balanced despite all the mistakes we've made.

Just signup with them! You know your pool needs it! It's rare to find a good business like this.

My swimming pool was a swamp I called Rick's and over the phone he advised me to take my water to Leslie's and have it tested and once I had the report to email it to him. He immediately called me back after emailing the report and advised me to do a couple things. A couple days later his son Walker came to my house on Fathers Day to look at my pool and fixed my filters and my pool was clear the following day. I used another pool service in the area for over a year and my pool remains to this day crystal clear and has never looked this good. Best decision I've ever made regarding my pool was to call Rick's. If I have any issues they come right out and dont have to wait til my normal weekly service. Awesome and friendly people to work with. Thousand thanks to these guys.

I've called twice and never got a hold of anyone, I left a voicemail and it was never returned. I never got a hold of anyone by phone but this business did respond to me on Yelp.

I have been using Rick's Pool Service for 10 years now. I cannot give him enough stars do do him justice.

Just two weeks ago my spa was having a drainage problem a week before I was hosting a large pool and spa party at my home. Rick was there within a day and solved the problem.

He is reachable and reps inside when vet you have an issue. His prices are fair and he makes owning a pool to be a non-event in your life.

He even helped me select and install a low voltage pump for my pool to keep my energy use down.

If you have a pool and do the maintenance yourself think about subtracting your chemical costs along with the value of your time and you will find that calling Rick is the smartest thing you could do!

I had reached out to quite a few pool service guys. Rick was one of 5 guys that called. He happen to call a day later than one other. So we went with them. I will definitely call you if I decide this guy doesn't work out.

He responded back to me quickly and answered all my questions. Unfortunately he does not work on what I needed done but gave me advice where I might be able to get it done.
