Barrow Pool Service

This company has done NOTHING but get our community pool closed down TWICE! They always come when the pool is crowded (i.e. in the middle of the day, weekends and holidays). I understand they have a schedule but when they do come in the morning they just dump chemicals, never vacuum, never scrub the tile, nothing.

I have spoken to the guy who "maintains" our pool to ask him if the heater was working and he told me, he "didn't think so" b/c when he turned it on it "sparked"...I asked him to talk to his Manager and he said he would....2 wks later I followed up with him and he said "he forgot" to tell his Manager!

This is absurd that Barrow Pools is getting paid to maintain a pool, that's not even that busy for a big community and they can't even keep it clean and the chemicals balanced.

Save your community money, the heartache and the risk of your pool being closed!!!

I am with Otay Ranch FI've Stetson HOA and we have your company for our BlueJean pool which serves our communities in Stetson and Hearthstone Village. One of your employees , Edgar, has been the primary caretaker of our pool. Edgar has always been professional and courteous and even though our automated chemical treatment has been down, he continues to keep our pool and jacuzzi assets at a high standard. Understanding there are certain units that have been down in the pump room long before Barrow took over the contract 7 years ago the care and service Edgar provides is second to none! Keep up the great work and thank you for providing great service with the limited resources we provide! V/R Nick
