I found Ken online as I was looking for something in particular. Even though I was brand new to him he treated me like I had been a client for years! He followed up and followed through to make sure I found what I needed. Then even went above and beyond THAT! I am happy to have found him and highly recommend him and his company based on my experience!

Not dependable and their word means nothing.
Would NEVER EVER deal with Ken and his crew again!
Be prepared for lies and broken promises and then does not show up as promised, time and time again.
Customer for many years but enough is enough!!

Dear Rick, I know this is an old review, but I need to respond and let you know that we have 2 customers from 2019 named Rick. I have spent an hour looking back through emails and invoicing. They are still customers and have been for approx. 7 years. I know it's been 4 years but if you would like to discuss this matter feel free to call me.
We are always responsive and transparent with all our customers, that is why we only have 5 star reviews. Not a lot of them, because we don't pay for them or solicit for them. Those are not true reviews.

Ken acid washed and cleaned my pool and it's now looking like a new pool. I would highly recommend Ken for any pool needs.
